| What do i need to get started? Well first of all, great quality pictures from a digital camera, with a good resolution always help. If you can take pictures of your cruiser during the broad way light, try to do it without the sun glaring on your vehicle. Please do not use a flash. I need straight on shots of all 4 sides of the car as well as close up pictures of ANY decal you want done. This helps me get accurate colors, and sizes. If you have large door seals, patches, or badges on your car, please take the pictures kneeling down with a straight on look. How much will this cost? At this time i do not charge a set up fee for art work. There is also no minimum order required. Pricing depends on how much time it takes me to do your vehicle. White Ford Crown Victorias are usually going to be cheaper, they are easier to find, and require less ink when printing decals. Black & White cars are going to be a little more, and then solid colored dark cars will be the most. When making dark cars, they require several under coats of white ink. If you have further questions on pricing, or want to e-mail me a picture for a quote, feel free to do so. How long does it take to get my car? Turn around time right now is anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. Sometimes faster, if it's going to be longer i'll let you know. Like i said before, i do this as a hobby, not a fulltime or part time job. Depending on how many cars i have scheduled to make will vary your time on when you receive your car. What kind of cars do you use, and what scales? Right now most of the cars i make are the 1/43 Gearbox or Welly cars, and the 1/24 or 1/26 scale Welly Ford Crown Victorias. I have however used Motor Max before. I try to stay with what's available, and most cost efficient Boy do i miss the Road Champs cars. |
